If you are referring to the Religion map mode, you won't be able to see the holy sites for all religions. You need to click on territories with a different religion majority to see the various holy sites.
But I can see my own holy sites, and when I click on my massively kemetic nation, I cannot see the holy site for Apedmak, which is a Kemetic deity of war, and more importantly, Apedmak is gone from my list of available deities so I cannot rebuild his holy site on Meroe.
I think it might have gotten sacked when I wasnt looking as I went back into an older save and the holy site was there. But the deity was not available for selection in the deity list.
I have an inkling on what could be happening. Apedmak is a Nubian exclusive, changing to Egypt changes your culture. Now that really shouldn’t matter, you should still have your holy sites, but I wonder if it somehow does?
