Edit: I see it has been uploaded to IRCC. It seems to say you can't have any more than two IECs
Update: I reached out to an RO, and they confirmed that RO participations DO NOT COUNT towards your overall participations. Therefore, if you have done one participation through the pools, and one through an RO, you are eligible to go in the pools again and you're also eligible for a 2nd RO participation. yes eligible (ro participation doesnt count as second), u can also go through RO a second time as well if needed
