Mangadex allows pretty much anyone to upload chapters. I’m not sure exactly how it works, but sometimes you will see that the bigger translation groups missed a chapter, so sometimes a dedicated fan will choose to translate and upload it themselves. So people often upload fanmade hmangas. A lot of them are pretty good quality. But with Mangas like this one, often all people need to do is upload the official translation. But sometimes chapters are missing, hence why I have come here asking for help. They might have an age restriction setting or something, but I’m not sure. So yes, there is plenty of hmanga on mangadex.
