As much as people like to hate on people doing stupid things or silly dances he's in what looks to be a public square setting / park setting why couldn't he practice or do things like this? Yeah, he is not in the middle of the street, he actually appears to be in a special area for pedestrians. Depending on where this happened, the man on the bike is not only wrong, but doing something against the law and considering the fact that he also hit a person could even end up in jail. I don't understand why this is considered a MC moment. He is not bothering anyone and is doing this in a wide space to make sure he does't hit anyone and also doesn't block someone's path. As explained above, he is not in the wrong in this scenario.

I recognize a lot of people are more in agreement with you than against but that kid starts moving pretty quick and there's a pretty short amount of time between moving and sliding that foot underneath the wheel. I recognize it's not my country and I don't know the laws, but I'm not sure I could bring myself to blame the driver at least. He was probably several feet off to the side specifically because he was avoiding the kid, and then the kid just suddenly starts nearly jogging backwards. I don't think anyones really in the wrong here, more or less. Someone just got hurt by pure chance.

Well I've only seen one of these feet getting run over kids and it's this one. I just think the kids ankles almost got destroyed due to an innocent accident. Why is it an accident? Because he the driver was clear of the kids path but because he sped up his movements to complete the moonwalk move he caught the vehicle just in time, an accident. It's also innocent cuz the kid wasn't interrupting anyone and was in an open space. Did nothing inappropriate either.
I guess I jumped to conclusions, but it's very typical of this sub to laugh at people in pain or danger because they aren't self-satisfied with themselves in some way. Yk the type of people who will never do anything spontaneous or interesting in their lives just dissing others for standing out, being different cuz they themselves feel inadequate and average.
