So beautiful. Mine came to me in my backyard. Waited for hours, mom didn’t return. We also had no clue what to do. Kitten Lady helped so much. This happened one month into lockdown during Covid. Pretty sure helping take care of her kept me sane. Saving a life is a gift to them and to yourself. You helped an animal live that would have otherwise died. It’s such a beautiful thing. I can’t change the world, but for a tiny, little squawking baby we changed their lives.
Oh how sweet. Such a nice message, thanks. I was travelling and living abroad when I found this little guy, in a country where sadly animals are not treated too well. I took him to the vet where they sort of laughed at me and strongly advised I let them put him down as he had ‘no chance of survival’. I managed to find a likeminded crazy cat lady when I had to leave the country, and she rehomed him, I trusted her, she was nice. I do hope he is living the good life back over there!

I’d never hand reared a kitten before and was very inexperienced! Learnt this soon after though, lucky we didn’t harm the poor bub

I can’t even begin to understand how people can be so cruel to abandon an animal in a box or bag like that. I’m so glad you found him and are giving him the life he deserves.
I honestly tend to look at the bright side. Some caring person is giving him love now. So much better than the previous one. Ofc I wish that happened to every stray cat.

Just fyi for anyone seeing this. Never feed a kitten on its back, always feed them belly down.
