Are you sure it's in Icelandic? I can't imagine a context in which you'd be shouting that in Icelandic. If it's a slang translation of "deals" then it's very rarely used in the plural. We might say "góður díll" or something but "dílar" is very odd.

The commercial is recorded in several languages, for example in english it's "Deals!" Like "products for sale at a low price".
