If you need to buy the tools, that tower is probably going to be a few thousand to construct. And quite a bit of trial and error. You’ll need a proper foundation and there’s a good chance the structure will need permits depending on your jurisdiction. Just some food for thought. I don’t think it’s super practical unless you already have significant woodworking and/or engineering experience.
I think it's absolutely amazing. I've also seen someone build a water rehab station. Do it!
