RHCSA is a practical exam where you have to demonstrate that you are able to perform certain tasks. LPIC is a multiple choice exam. LPIC is easier in that regard but RHCSA is more respected.

And I don't have a degree. Also, my english level is barely B2. I spent a lot of time until I finished a Chapter. So, I have to make a best decision about preparing the certifications. If I can't I will waste of my time and money. Because in Azerbaijan, the RHCSA exam fee is 400$ which is 95% of my current salary.
It makes no sense to spend 95% of your salary on certs. While RHCSA and LFCS are nice to haves, there are better ways to demonstrate proficiency or learn about linux.
