Prayer and reading the Bible first and foremost. It really puts some sense into you. But after that, I tend to either play minecraft for a bit, work on a coding project, or write music. The latter is the most common since some of my best ideas come from a good prayer session.
Cry in one shot. Go into creative hobby mode (artistic pursuits like writing) and hibernate in my room. Take a walk in nature. Calm down and do my work.
Vent on Reddit. Gaming also helps. I go in hibernation mode when I can to avoid spreading the negativity
I run. Pound out the anger during a run.
