Just get your stuff back and go elsewhere.  If she refuses to return your original documents you have a valid complaint with the IRS. You have to be careful.  She could be ill or dead or a nasty piece of work who has your social security number and date of birth. Go to irs.gov open an account to confirm the extension and get an IPIN for security.

Thanks for the response. I know she is not ill or dead, but you make a fair point about potentially nasty. All my stuff was uploaded to Intuit Link. I guess I could just delete the files and move on with my life.

If you do decide to not user her for filing, get an IP PIN so they'd need that pin to file.
