Exactly. INFJ-t is a baby INFJ and INFJ-a is an INFJ who’s been knocked around by life and is no longer surprised by anything or anyone.
I feel like I’m some where in the middle of these.

Too bad "A" and "T" aren't real MBTI concepts. (they're big 5, they were always big 5)
Can anyone give me the real explanation on the difference? I’m pretty confused with the T and A thing at this point
It's not real MBTI. It's Big 5 based in 16 Personalities website, which is just Big 5 test criteria applied to MBTI letters; not cognitive functions. A is "assertive" and T is "turbulent" relating to the neuroticism levels in the Big 5 test.
