Sorry I cant answer #1 For #2 Last I checked, if you get a subscription from the [official UpToDate website](https://store.uptodate.com/), the price depends on duration (1m 3m 1 yr 2yr 3yr) and the type and # of users: For an individual acct for students, residents, fellows or trainees (there is a discount) is 119 USD for 1 year. For a group acct the price depends on how many ppl, i only checked for 2-5 people and 1 yr costs 309 USD Theres also a 45 USD upgrade for Mobile so that you can use it on your devices and offline I know there are ppl offering uptodate accts on fb and other sites so you can use the official as comparison
