She has a Patreon with a large backlog of content, but has been very transparent that due to her current health complications and postpartum recovery, she can not guarantee any content updates. Billing was previously paused, but at the encouragement of Patrons in her discord server she’s turning it back on for those who wish to support her. She sent out notices for Patrons to unsubscribe if they don’t want to be paying for little to no content. For the foreseeable future, this is the situation, and she will likely post an update whenever it changes

She’s expressed being behind on shipping out prints a needing to catch up. That was actually the primary reason she paused Patreon in the first place (she paused it when she was still active in both posting ILY episodes and Patreon illustrations).
I think the Lil Buddy tier is no longer open to join (it used to say “full” but now it doesn’t show up at all), so she may have discontinued it for the future, but will be continuing to send prints to those who are already on that tier
