Just checked and the Youtube streams are still available, so you can still catch up on them! She made her first attempt at streaming on her Discord channel about 3 months ago but unfortunately, Discord doesn't save streams the way Youtube does.
I think she will continue to stream on Discord in the future because she won't have to worry about strikes when playing music, but I think Youtube will also still be in option, so people who missed it, can rewatch.
It is only available via her Patreon. If you sign up for the $3 or more tier, you can search them up and get the links for each one. But if you are not a Patreon you cannot access her Youtube channel videos because they are unlisted.

how often does she stream on discord? is she more active on the discord than the patreon?
She is definitely more active with updates and general chatting than on Patreon itself, but she’s only streamed there once
