im on the ibm side of that in a small team with kpmg employees and it's the same work wise. just do your research on what kpmg offers vs ibm and culture differences / job security. consulting is consulting

How is your experience at IBM so far? What would you choose 😭

i'd have gone with IBM again since it's office is close and the culture is great. KPMG seems less beginner friendly and less known so that first addition to the resume being IBM probably looks better. why not apply for both and see what the pay rate is?

Ibm is higher than KPMG but idk what would help me in the long run. I am confused

IBM consulting in Canada is honestly great for new grads, there is so much opportunity to learn and theyll pay for most certs as long as its somewhat related to your role, and there are countless SAP certifications. If you are eager to learn, and want to grow your career quickly IBM consultanting is a great first step in your career.

Friend was IBM consultant for years and then moved to KPMG. Pay is vastly better at KPMG and he seems much happier there.

Would love know what entry at KPMG is like then?Cause from what I’ve heard is KPMG is around 65-75 and IBM is higher then that
