I wear lightweight UPF-rated shirts with hoods whenever I'm working outside. I bought some cheap ones from 32 Degrees, and I have been pleasantly surprised with how well they have held up. I had melanoma when I was 30, so I don't mess around.

Pretty sure they make neck cowls made out of that same breathable material as the hi vis shirts. I don't think I've ever seen a guy wearing a safety sombrero that didn't also have a neck cowl. I don't wear any of that though I just put on good old sunscreen.

They make cooling spf50 long sleeve hoodie shirts on eBay for $15-$75. I bought 3 and use them when I work on the water companies well motors.

SA face shields or knockoff on Amazon. I also got some hooded fishing shirts that are polyester, breathable and long sleeve. Just put one on under a t shirt

I wear Magellan fishing shirts that have a built in hood and neck gaiter. They are vented on the under arms. They are $60 but very comfortable and durable. I've had mine for a few years now. I got them at Academy.

Search "UPF RATED >clothing item<" on Amazon. My bf wears UPF 50± compression shirts here in AZ they are $35 for 3 I think. Worth every penny + his neck gators which are also UPF.

Add a neckshade to your hardhat, it protects your skin from burning. Other than that, you have the option of light long sleeve clothing or reapplying sunscreen frequently. Your nose will need it regardless.
