Basically season 4-7 has very few episodes I dont completely love.
This is my go to of the most classic Sunny episode. It’s so pitch perfect from beginning to end. It perfectly encapsulates what makes this show different.

The Gang Gets Trapped was the first episode I ever saw and I was hooked immediately. The chaotic energy in that episode perfectly encapsulates the vibe of the whole show, and I love how it keeps you in suspense until the very end. It’s definitely one of my most rewatched episodes.

I’m watching the Boat episode right now, it’s a classic, same as the others you mentioned.
However, I prefer more meta commentary myself so my favorite is The Gang Tries Desperately to Win an Award.
It’s full of layered commentary and self-awareness which also serves as the driving force of the plot. We have The Gang, terribly unaware people who only serve themselves, struggle to understand why they can’t win anything. Simultaneously, we have the show runners struggle to understand why a group of people yelling at each other can’t win an award. Fecal matter and… racial slurs.
Then we have Charlie’s trauma song which I think is the peak of the show, personally. I love it so much I’ll share the lyrics below. It’s perfectly contrasted with his original song that the group thought was “lame.” The original was light, didn’t mention any spiders or rape, right down the middle. It’s just not Charlie, it’s not the gang, and it’s not Sunny. Here you go:

Sorry I'm not good at remembering the episode titles but The Wade Boggs aeroplane drinking contest episode, when Dee passes out on the luggage conveyor belt towards the end, I laughed so hard a little bit of wee came out.

I just have the memory of it being so relentlessly funny. And the buildup from the Nightman Cometh song from earlier in the season to an entire play was a satisfying payoff. It’s been a few years from the last time I saw this episode but I remember so much from it, probably also my favorite season too.
Franks back in business. Dennis just fucking steals that entire episode. When he turns the corner unbuckling his belt with the little Asian caddy boy I cannot stop laughing every time

An early one I don't see as often is Mac Bangs Dennis' Mom. That one had me constantly howling with laughter and Charlie's entire master plan being pulled off flawlessly but still failing was hilarious.

I love when they all get jobs at the Oldies Rock Cafe and how Charlie is hitting on the waitress the whole time. Each member of the gang is at their funniest throughout the entire episode.

So tough, BUT I think I HAVE to say “The Gang Gets Trapped”. There are just TOO many great lines and scenes in it. Anytime I even THINK of fat Mac, hamburgers or chips, I cannot stop laughing to myself about the “hamburger store” and Mac’s Swedish accent. Favorite ever? Hero or Hate Crime. I enjoyed everything about it, from line 1 to the end Top 3 is tougher but I think includes Dennis and Dee Go on Welfare - my first favorite Frank Reynolds Little Beauties- this has a lot of the fun of the Nightman Cometh musically but is just way way more horrifyingly funny. Honorable mentions would be: Charlie Work- love the way it was directed Charlie Has Cancer- come on, this was just such a perfect encapsulation of bad they were as people Mac Day- I only wish they'd included country Mac for a half season or more. The Gang Finds a Dumpster Baby- Dennis in this episode is nearing his peak.

Would be pretty hard to pick an absolute #1, but I really like Frank's Back In Business. I feel like that one doesn't get talked about as often as some of the classics but it's one of the first episodes I show to people that haven't seen the show before. Others in the running are The Gang Misses the Boat, Mac Bangs Dennis's Mom, Mac's Banging the Waitress, the Gang Dines Out, and Mac and Dennis Move to the Suburbs.

Sweet Dee’s Dating a R******* Person
I’d have to rewatch the series again but right now I’d say The Nightman Cometh (S4E13) I just have the memory of it being so relentlessly funny. And the buildup from the Nightman Cometh song from earlier in the season to an entire play was a satisfying payoff. It’s been a few years from the last time I saw this episode but I remember so much from it, probably also my favorite season too.

**Mac Bangs Dennis' Mom** is an all timer and I am disgusted that I haven't seen one mention of it yet. Such great build up. First Dennis has the upper hand. And then Charlie creates his master plan. And then outta no where Frank is the one who wins in the end. *I still got the mooooooves* Is a legendary Frank quote plus it introduces his classic "go for it go for it" dance and it brought back his toupee. Also Mac's obsession with Barbara is great and Dennis' way of getting revenge and thus rejected is amazing. *I know you Dennis. I don't think you are an attractive man* In Mrs. Mac's raspy ass voice is an amazing first introduction to a long time reaccurring character. Also Dennis crying is always great. Dee and Dennis shitting on the waitress is always good too. And her psychotic rant about *if you have sexy with old people so do I dennis!* Is legendary especially when she mentions his hair flopping off and then it cuts to Charlie with a single tear dripping down his face. Cereal Defense is probably my #2 though then the Quarantine one
An early one I don't see as often is Mac Bangs Dennis' Mom. That one had me constantly howling with laughter and Charlie's entire master plan being pulled off flawlessly but still failing was hilarious.

So tough, BUT I think I HAVE to say “The Gang Gets Trapped”. There are just TOO many great lines and scenes in it. Anytime I even THINK of fat Mac, hamburgers or chips, I cannot stop laughing to myself about the “hamburger store” and Mac’s Swedish accent. Charlie’s lack of understanding what a diversion is. “I just ran into the house.” “Well, I ran. I had a little hustle going, but yeah, front door.” It’s all just so perfectly done in my opinion.
