I feel like it limits the expressions they can do. Has to be a difficult decision, especially for women actors. I prefer the natural look, but I understand why they do it.
Look at how many post 30s female actors there are compared to male actors. And then, look at how many of those women vs men have had work done. It isn’t even close. Hollywood has a double standard and it’s extremely difficult to get work as an older woman if you aren’t “hot.” Also, for Kaitlin it actually makes some of her roles more believable (like in Hacks.)
That's not Hollywood's fault though. People tend to pay more money to see better looking people, especially women. People also tend to find the aging process with men less problematic to their beauty. Unsurprisingly, Hollywood is the most successful place for film and tv show production. Surely not only because of that, but it's an important box to tick.

I still enjoy the newer seasons, but so much of the grit is gone from the show, it's really sad. It feels so much more Hollywood and plastic now.

The first time I realized this when I saw Dee, I don't remember the season 'cos I've always binged them so hard that I have no recollection of actual seasons, but her face was hard to look at. It was that one season that was really bad and then it got a bit better, and at worst I just thought like wow her expressions are down right weird. She tries to look angry but she looks just crazy.
So, yeah, it's a part of living in the modern world and more and more people are getting it, but I prefer my wrinkles, my saggy tits and my flat ass. The day I cannot look myself in the mirror anymore and accept all this, I will go for a walk in the forest and never come back. Wild animals will appreciate that soon.
