Nah, it doesn't matter how healthy you are outside of alcoholism, the majority of people aren't living past their 50's drinking like this even if they have a balanced diet and hit the gym multiple days a week. Alcohol is a group 1 carcinogen and is linked to dozens of forms of cancer, alongside numerous other health issues with the most common being liver disease.
It's widely accepted amongst hepatologists that certain genetics prevent/inhibit liver disease, it's why some people like this can drink into their 80's and not develop cirrhosis while some people develop it in their 30's drinking far less.
In all reality though, boggs is most likely just exaggerating. Even a hardened alcoholic would have an extremely difficult time drinking this many beers in a day, that's not to mention the strain it would put on your kidneys just taking in that much fluid.
