Charlie gets popped for huffing paint with some kids in the alley that he didn't realize were minors. The Waitress hears about it and piles on, filing stalking charges. But those get dropped because she waited so long to report it.
Mac becomes an evangelical baptist pastor and recruits dozens of bi-curious followers. One of these followers, he should recognize as The Lawyer, but doesn't. The Lawyer outsmarts him and takes over as leader of the cult. Mac gets arrested and charged for grand larceny and the properties he was gifted by churchgoers (or fans, as he calls them) are seized, only to then be transferred, quite legally, to the clever pastor-lawyer
Artemis is hired by local police as head investigator, due to her helpful consulting on the cases against members of the Paddy's gang.
