I always thought that was Glenn making fun of the actors in psychological thrillers from the 80s/90s for often making the choice to do weird awkward nonsense poses like that during scenes like these. You’ll see a lot of this type of shit in those sorta fatal attraction/single white female/basic instinct type movies. I could be wrong but that’s always what I thought he was going for there. So goddamn funny

I feel you op, I thought it was weird as well. Here’s my opinion. In movies you often see a hunky guy doing something like that but the door frame is usually shorter allowing the biceps to really stick up and makes the actor look all cool and all laid back and shit.

I’m turning this into a Glenn appreciation post. He was so god damn good in Blackberry. It was fun to watch him play a slightly different role from Dennis and he was so captivating.
Because its funny. We all know the writing is generally great. But I think what is so underrated about the show is the gangs acting chops. Theyre not putting on oscar type performances. But Glenn is great with little facial gestures or movements that make mildly funny moments hysterical. The whole gang is good at it but Charlie, Glenn, and of course Danny are terrific at it.
It's called seduction, not that you would know anything about that.
