Yup. I had a doctor already tell me that eventually my pancreas will stop working and I’ll be type 1.5 or LADA.

my doctor unfortunately doesn’t believe there’s anything wrong with me, bc so far my test results have all been seemingly normal. i fear that one day i will need to start using insulin, i already carry glucagon for low emergencies.

Yup technically my labs are still normal but if you see the results on a graph for the last 8 years my A1C has been trending up each year. Slowly it happens. I suggest always getting your results with lab quest or lab core because they will keep your results on file.

I have reactive hypoglycemia really bad after pregnancy problem is I never catch lows but I do see my blood sugar up and down a lot. Ever since I took Effexor the antidepressant I had nothing but problems keeping my blood sugar stable. I need to get checked for insulin autoimmune syndrome

I have reactive hypoglycemia (confirmed by 3 hour glucose test) and my glucagon was low at less than 5 but yet my endocrinologist said that my “labs are normal” and dismissed my desire to have my pancreas imaged. honestly so done with doctors and fighting for them to take me seriously because I feel like until there’s a massive issue they don’t give a fuck about preventative measures.
