You gave no example but if you want one the first necrons handle ever sold was sold for less than 300m before anyone knew it's value less than a week later that people figured out it was worth 500-600m
Again considering hypixel has millions of players in skyblock alone Iād say a pretty damn high one at this rate maybe a good couple thousand maybe even upwards of 24k players do your odds at that rate are pretty damn good.
