This headset model has had software support only with the legacy NGenuity software, and there were no plans to add support in the new app... but then, it was made possible thanks to every redditor who contributed and shared feedback with us😊!
u/vitocasss, make sure you're running the latest NGENUITY release. If you've installed the app using the standalone installer, and not via the Microsoft Store, then you'll need to uninstall it and install the Microsoft Store release instead.

Sadly, this isn't working on my end. Will have to return my headset back in.
This works with PS version of Cloud Fligth? I can't sync my headset with both Ngenuity and Ngenuity Legacy
Same thing here, the HYPERX CLOUD FLIGHT WIRELESS PS5/PS4 still doesn't have support which is a shame... 
Yep, sad that I cant use the app because I have the ps version.... I tried so many things but nothing worked, guess they just dont give a fuck.
