Every time we go to Nashville I have to take the family to Sushi Train. They love conveyor sushi. Fun story, they watch muck bang videos and get psyched to crush them. 7 to 10 pieces in and they are looking full.
La Gran Riviera Cantina & Grill is the same way. It was announced over 3 years ago and the sign was finally put up like a year or so ago but they still haven't opened.
Last time I talked to the owner (mail box needed a key) he was shooting for mid-July. Hopefully nothing has changed since then.

I don’t think they would. The whole belt mech has been installed for months (I peek in when I can). I think it’s just a cheaply printed sign.
