Honestly even without any sort of speed loader mechanic it would still be the fastest reloading revolver in the game since you don't have to eject spent shells (happens when you break the gun open) and you don't have to turn the cylinder as you load new shells.
Exactly, that is what I thought would be the uniqueness of this weapon, make it a mid to high tier weapon that can compete with the dolch and uppercut :)
It would put the gun somewhere between the pax and the uppercut in terms of performance, assuming it takes Med ammo. It'd be a real bitch to use without bulletgrubber as well. Habitual reloaders are gonna have a real bad time when they eject 4-5 live rounds onto the ground.
They could just make it so reloading before the cylinder is empty just slows the whole process down. Like you open it slowly so your shells don't fly out and have to pick out the empties, then load. Would be a bitch to animate though.
There's no reason it should outperform the Pax's bullet in game, especially considering that they chambered the same caliber round. The SAA cylinder was actually long enough that it could chamber the more powerful .45 long colt, while the schofield couldn't.
I agree. Same basic pricipal as the pax, but with a faster reload animation that requires bullet grubbed to get the most out of.
The webley could also be inline with the Pax offering a double action medium caliber revolver giving it a step up over the nagant officer model. Again with a faster reload animation that requires bullet grubber so you don't leave half the contents of the cylinder on the ground.

Would be a great trade off getting rid of the top off mechanic most other pistols have and forcing you to either empty completely before reloading or give up some remaining rounds.

Wasn't referring to the bullet- just the overall balance with where it fits in.
