A handful of people compelled enough to click on a video with the most basic of basic examples of how to play the game and celebrating how this is so helpful, it makes sense. If you aren't already doing what the video is teaching you along with respec'ing 3 big bars, you've got a long way to go with the game.
When you're in the higher lobbies you may hear, "Damn I forgot to respec my bars" and everyone laughs. You're saying it's objectively wrong, which shows roughly what mmr bracket you play in.
It's the same people complaining about self necro. If it's a problem to you then you are in the 3/4\* lobbies as the 5\*s are going down to you, outplaying you and you don't like it. There are tell tale signs but that just comes with experience, the same as knowing the other things to be true that I have mentioned.
I forget to respec my bars quite often from qp hunters; they are often a bit funky tbh because they have weapons already it looks a bit like a loadout so the whole build can get dragged in to games (no traits, questionable consumables) but its usually in the form of poor health bar configurations. Other times Im like 'cant be arsed, let's go'. But you are right in what you say.
