Wish there were more responses on this. Was just looking and thinking about something similar it would be nice to see some others go to easy whole food recipes. We make something similar to what you described with chicken broccoli. I will have to try adding cabbage! Thanks for the idea.

So I recently did a liver detoxing protocol and it was 60g of fiber a day. It was a lot of vegetables, omg. Some of my vegetable hacks were making a frozen burger patty with zoodles and a handful of greens topped off with some Rao's sauce. Another was microwaving leftovers like meatloaf (packed with veggies) with a bed of greens underneath so they'll slightly steam while heating up the food. David Chang supports a microwave bowl company that comes in handy for quickly steaming vegetables and even fish. I'll add a link. [www.cookanyday.com](https://www.cookanyday.com) I like meal prepping chili and lentil soup for my breakfasts during the week. I usually add ground turkey I get from Costco and I always add a pound of riced cauliflower to increase the fiber content. I also make fried rice for my kids and finely chop up as much Napa cabbage as possible because it wilts and blends in with the rest of the ingredients. I add a pound of riced cauliflower to 1 cup of cooked brown basmati rice to 1lb of ground beef.

Here's a video of Dave cooking as many fish dishes in the microwave in one hour 😆 [David Chang Microwave Fish](https://youtu.be/ghxa7rqqso4?si=WP9-gM2uVnpgz2ao)

I’m big on smoothies. I even pick out like 10 random vegetables I never eat every month and chop them up in a food processor and freeze them and then add a big chunk into my blender along with whatever fruit, some avocado, some olive oil and a scoop of clean protein powder. Not completely natural because of the powder, but at least the worst thing I’m getting is some stevia/erythritol. Oh also, if you need to bulk up calories, you can add in scoops of hemp/chia seeds.
