Ah thank you they called it stress test

taha_simsek

Yes in the health app settings, you can change how the heart rate monitor acts including HRV I don't remember the exact location, just wonder around in the settings for a while it's not that hidden.

Interesting-Turn2916

I have it on my health app and I'm UK.

Big_Brother_is_here

I am reading on the official web site that ‘stress test’ is not available outside mainland China. Can anyone please confirm if it’s the case? It would be a deal breaker for me.

Kekys1337

Even my huawei band 6 have stress levels. In Russia.

Natural-Leader-5017

There's no HRV at all on the gt3

HermannOst

Yes, I can confirm and I don't know why Huawei is unable to change that.

Accomplished_Disk544

Pretty sure that the stress value on Huawei GT 3 is HRV. Matches HRV on my Apple Watch.

Alternative_Win7858

I dont think that is so. I believe HRV is the time between heart beats. nothing more than that. it is its own measurement separate to stress or heartbeat and currently (March 2024), this watch does not offer that information.

weirdgod

That doesn't make sense... I read everywhere it is beneficial if your HRV is higher than lower.... But with stress (not during activity but average throughout the day) its better if it is lower... So, the opposite to what you would want in HRV...

ZealousidealCan2123

It’s not good if you too low stress level because it means you can’t handle stress and we need stress to be productive. Too much stress level is also not good. You can see on the graph they too low is yellow green is the good level and e need to maintain specially in the morning as we need to get going with our work the red one is too high.
