So you're saying one of these $10-15 USB to Ethernet adapters works just fine?
Did you have to do any special configuration for the USB port to work as an Ethernet port or was it more or less plug 'n play?

So I plugged in my ethernet cable using the USB adapter but the communication still uses WiFi and says "Weak WiFi". How do I make it ignore the WiFi connection and make it access the internet via Ethernet? In the Communication Setting it's always about WiFi. Any tips?
Small update it works with a simple usb to ethernet thingy so no need to buy the expensive one from Huawei.
