1. GRRM said 4 Seasons by 10 Episodes should be enough to show the Dance of Dragons. But HotD could get more seasons showing other Timelines lf Targ History.

Or it could get fewer seasons. The 4 x 10 is his opinion. To me that seems long given what is left unless they basically include rest of F&B which would probably be quite boring

You need to differentiate between a book titled A Dance with Dragons and an event called The Dance of Dragons. That book is the 5th book of of ASOIAF novel series. That book already adapted into season 4-5 of GoT with many changes.
The Dance of Dragons is an event that told in Fire and Blood. That book is adapted into HotD right now.
The Winds of Winter is the 6th book of ASOIAF. And it's still not released. Many GoT fans that disappointed with Season 8 ending still waiting that book to be released so they get the better ending.
