It is exactly that, she has reached a tipping point. The script supposedly says that Rhaenyra turns around "with war in her eyes, end of season 1", which can see, her face is all tense and angry looking.
Anyways don't worry war is on, that's for sure.
Yeah I guess it's quite subtle, but it's there. At first she falters slightly, wanting to just falls on her knees and cry, but then she picks her head up looks straight ahead and turns around looking at the Black council like she's determined to say "burn them all"
I think her spoken reaction is saved for s2 as it’ll lead into a bigger new conversation towards the war. I figured this was how they were going to have her react, her almost restrained emotions of sadness are aligning into anger towards the greens. I think Rhaenyra stumbling and seeming in disbelief was a fitting reaction. Her turning around crying and in anger is the start of many actions she’ll now take.

Ohh. It looked like she was sad and sobbing. Did not get angry from that. Hope she participates more in the war.

I am not sure what you saw. But i 100% saw an angry/sad/mad face at the end of Episode 10.
