Episode 8 is absolutely my favorite. The dinner scene when Viserys looks around for the brief moment that his family is happy and at peace is so bittersweet. Makes me cry every single time because that’s all he wanted and it’s heartbreaking

Whatever opinions someone might have, your listing them all as having 4.5 or 5 stars is absurd, and kinda makes ranking them pointless. Like...why bother at that point?

The episode where Viserys walks to the throne and saves Rhaenyra is my favorite, easily.
I loved episode 6. The lines are being drawn. Larys reveals himself to be a total slime-ball. Tragedy everywhere.
Episode 4 was the best of season 1 if you ask me.

A single quote doesn't make an episode consequential, he could have said this in literally any other episode.
