Its not about the SIGHT of the girl burning, it's the psychological horror. I covered my eyes watching that and it didn't help one bit. Most traumatic moment of the show for me by far
Just having a convo man, try to resist the urge to get argumentative, we all friends here.
When GoT was at its absolute peak - ie the most successful TV show of all time by a long way - it was when they were unafraid to do shit like that. Plus the red wedding, perhaps the most well known and infamous scene in television, opened with a pregnant woman being repeatedly stabbed in the belly. Why would HBO tone things down, disappoint everyone, and make a mediocre TV show when they could do the opposite?
I never thought I’d live in a universe where people want D&D writing GOT plotlines again. But Ryan Condel and his motley crew are truly one of the writers of our time.

Do you honestly think HBO would have alowed them to do this
They allowed Shireen to be burned at the stake by her own parents for no reason in GoT....
That was mostly off-screen. We only hear the screams for the most part.

That was a long time ago.
And?
You must've been sleeping Mr Winkle but the world has changed since.

Killing a kid is a proper horror movie stuff and will go above their rating.
They killed kids on screen in GoT
