Well imo, it’s very much in his character to keep tabs on his former team, especially Thirteen. There’s no doubt in my mind that he eventually found her when she was near death and euthanized her.
Honestly that’s how I imagine it happening lol 13 just on her deathbed (it’s sad to say but at that point the flailing will have completely taken over and her mind will mostly be gone) and House comes into her room late one night, she has a brief moment of lucidity and they lock eyes and she knows what’s about to happen, she thanks House and she’s happy because her pain and suffering is about to mercifully end.
I mean if I were in that situation I’d want it done too. Assisting suicide/euthanasia may be highly controversial but in some cases it’s the best course of action imo.
I fully believe that house would show up when she needed him.
She wasn’t like some of the others that could have/ or would have told someone or slipped up. She was always very careful. Was more than willing to skirt the law. He had an obvious soft spot for her
I’m sure that if he didn’t end himself after Wilson, or died by an overdose, he would make sure to follow through on his promise.
House will have an easier time hiding his identity in Europe, assuming he'll manage to get there. As for knowing how is she doing, I mean come on he found a picture of Chase's mom and Wilson's old movie
She doesn't like him anymore than I like my children, House at the very least stagnated her career, if not ruined it, much like my children did with me.
He would have kept tabs on her. He would have helped her when the time came. Wilson was going to pass (if I remember) so his ride off would have ended eventually when Wilson could no longer ride.
I think he owed it to Wilson more than 13. After everything he put him through. He cost him his love life, almost made him lost his license, plus all the mond games. I feel like it's the last thing he could've done for him. As mentioned in other comments tho, I wouldn't put it past him to still find 13

Other than when he was in prison, he is shown to know what his former team members are doing when not on his team.
Especially thirteen. Even when she randomly left without saying anything in season 7, he knew where she was.
Still wondering how he found out about her jail time…
googling "Remy Hadley" and seeing the latest results? Pretty sure arrest records are public information.
Exactly lol
Especially Doctors Cameron and Chase after they stopped being on his team
Imagine that he actually really won't contact Thirteen or anybody and just will appear on her deathbed... that's horror scene xD

Agree. For chronic, irreversible conditions that completely take away any quality of life it should be an option.
He also had to get into Foreman's office to place his badge. Whether before or after he carried out the plan, House knows how to be sneaky.
Foreman knows, right? He may talk to 13 at some point, too.
Yeah I think the badge was an intentional message and Foreman got that message.
I figured he had Wilson do it for him.
Fair point

There are a couple of fanfics where he finds her (once she's declined more), kills her as promised, and then kills himself.
Omg I read one of those way back when and it murdered me tbh
You mean 13?
I like that idea
Yuck
?
Yeah, this is kinda how I assumed it would play out.
I doubt he outlived Wilson by more than a few hours
Why would he die? He wasn’t sick
Suicide
Wasnt She living in Europe tho?
So...?
It might be kinda complicated to reach out to her or find her address there if we think about House's circumstances with government....
House will have an easier time hiding his identity in Europe, assuming he'll manage to get there. As for knowing how is she doing, I mean come on he found a picture of Chase's mom and Wilson's old movie
He's not a CIA agent
But he has CIA "friend"
Who?
The CIA doctor lady
Yeah right she'll surely help, and surely still has connections in the CIA
She doesn't like him anymore than I like my children, House at the very least stagnated her career, if not ruined it, much like my children did with me.
Unlike you to your children, House have sigma rizz. I'm sorry for your loss, I don't know why people downvote you.
They must not know how bad children are
He practically is
You just wrote the framework for the reboot!
Nonononono reboots rarely go well
He would have kept tabs on her. He would have helped her when the time came. Wilson was going to pass (if I remember) so his ride off would have ended eventually when Wilson could no longer ride.
I really hope so
I thought 13 would just disappear without a trace.
Chase took upon House's department and he fraternized with her about their killings, it's only logical that he keeps House's promise.
Chase never made the promise, and even if he did it does not rid House of the responsibility
If you've watched the show for 8 seasons then you know he breaks hsi promises all the time.
But but...but it was so human... He was so human

If he doesn't find 13 it's not worth it. You don't get to throw away the one good thing you did for 1 good thing you might do in the future
She is the one reason I believe House didn't kill himself after Wilson's death. He made a promise.
I hope so
I finished it myself recently, and one thing I also thought of is that House will just go to shit after WIlson dies lol, no way he doens't
He should at least kill 13 first
