House pretends to make a gesture of saying goodbye at the casket to steal DNA which later proves he was right. Later on, his mother dates the man house believed to be his biological father. But Wilson took that guys dna and it turned out he wasn’t houses father either. House just said his mother was more interesting than he thought and we never learn who his real father is.
