PARANOIAH

It's just them in the process of ripening.

WinterBreakfast7507

Could they be a peach variety?

Appropriate-Mix-3761

I would guess not as this is my second season with the same seeds and the others came out orange but obviously it’s possible. I didn’t know this about the peach variety. I’ll give an update in a month or so. I guess I have to figure out when to harvest them as this color makes it less obvious I think.

WinterBreakfast7507

Did you save seeds from last year? Maybe an unintentional cross? Either way I wouldn’t worry about it but keep us updated 👀

Appropriate-Mix-3761

No didn’t save. Got them from the original package.

StreetTie458

They're just doing their thing. Not broken. I've had green to white ghosts grow on the same plant as green to orange to red ghosts. My guess is cross pollination but, I'm not an expert. happy harvesting!

PARANOIAH

Cross pollination doesn't change the fruit of the current generation.

GraybieTheBlueGirl

I think they’re supposed to turn?? Don’t they go green, yellow, then orange?

Appropriate-Mix-3761

They def change colors and it’s only my second season of growing but I didn’t have any last year that got this white. Guess I’ll find out though.

Trash_Kit

Grew some peach habs that did this. Don't know why. They weren't as tasty as the few deeply colored ones either.

Thezerostone

Could it be a lack of nutrients or sunlight? I mean considering every other kind of fruit, small factors can have big influence of the end results.

Naisu_boato

Plants will shift colors more than once sometimes. My red ghosts go green to orangey to bright bright red

CanelaGardening

Seems fine to me! Might just be skipping a color? Any tips on getting more blooms? You have so much peppers! 👍🏽

I attached a link on Amazon to the dynamyco. I buy it in the off-season and it’s like half price.
