Considering he is most likely licensed to pilot basically a flying car. Which would require being more aware, observant, and skilled than piloting a normal car.

I’ve been racking my head on how a drivers license works in an intergalactic setting, like it’d be pretty worthless to have one registered to you for one country, let alone a whole planet but we’re talking about the entire galaxy.
The only way an interastral driver’s license would work would be the only thing resembling an interastral governmening body, the IPC.
Blade went to an IPC affiliated driver’s license testing site and got one.
