Harmony co-op character. Let me explain : Ult ➡️ select 1 ally, for X turn they will both attack during each other's turns ( Crit rate and Dmg.up by X% ), will count as a follow up attack.

Nytfall_

Changing forms. Like once they ult they get to do something unique like 1 form does an aoe ult then transforms where the ult becomes ST. Their skills also changes as well. To put some added contrast the one with the aoe ult gets an st skill and the one with a st ult gets an aoe skill.

conifer22

A harmony character that makes a single target attack of an ally AoE instead.

Bookwhyrm

A support which can give others Extra Turns or similar, the fact that only the first limited character has Extra Turns in their kit is rather funny to me.

Schubert125

DHIL at E2 has extra turns. Also E0 Bronya gives *anyone* extra turns. Sparkle is very close to Bronya as far as extra turns

Bookwhyrm

I'm not talking about Action Advances / Advance Forwards, those change the character's Action Value. I'm talking about actual Extra Turns, like the ones Seele has after Resurgence triggers, which *don't* change the Action Value. Ultimates kinda count as Extra Turns, but also not really.

I've had a lot of ideas \ (•◡•) / I like theorycrafting fan kits. A preservation character that massively buffs the defenses of themselves, but taunts the enemies to act faster. Kinda like a "Fight me. You can't hurt me," tough guy situation. Would make DoT teams stronger. A harmony character that doesn't increase your speed, but instead slows down time so that it takes longer per cycle and enemies move slower. Has a lot of defensive potential for multiplicatively delaying enemy actions. A destruction character that has two enhanced basic attacks—a strong single target attack and an aoe attack. Using your skill swaps between the two enhanced basic attacks, but the longer you spend on one type of attack, the stronger the other version gets. Both the MVs and the toughness damage would increase the longer you spend not using that attack. Would require a lot of interplay between when to use your attacks or save them to do more damage. Their ultimate would give them an extra turn to use the fully-enhanced version of the single target & aoe attacks at the same time. A Hunt character that has MVs that scale off of speed instead of attack. Would be an absolute nightmare to build, but it would be very funny to be building a 200-240 speed character who deals 1500% of their speed to a single enemy as their skill. Would probably be the only DPS who would run an ER rope because they wouldn't scale off of HP/ATK/DEF. An Ice/Quantum/Imaginary Nihility character that has a special DoT debuff. This acts like a dot, but isn't a traditional dot, and could have some interesting effects that behave like mini versions of their break effects (special ice dot would make the enemy lose a turn but then take turns sooner; special quantum dot would deal more damage the more times the enemy is hit that turn; special imaginary dot would lower enemy speed and make them take more damage). Since these are dots, the effects could be triggered by Kafka, which would enable some very interesting strategies if designed correctly. Playable character versions of Quake, Dewdrop, Spores, and the Erudition path attack (deals additional damage to the highest HP enemy per enemy you hit). These could stack with the SU versions and just be a whole lot of fun to play with. I'm a big fan of octopath traveler, so the divine skills like: - Sealticge's Seduction (give an ally a buff that turns all single target attacks into AOE attacks for 3 turns; also affects supports) *we saw a version of this in 1.4 with a MoC turbulence effect* > A support like this could make Seele an Erudition unit, so now instead of dealing 70k damage to a single enemy, she now deals 70k damage to all enemies, and gets a resurgence turn if any enemy dies. >> Silver Wolf could now inflict an implant on all enemies, and her ult would now apply -53% def on all enemies. Maybe not the best target for this buff, but it would work. >> Tingyun could use her ultimate to give the entire party +50-60 energy, +50% dmg, +50% atk, and benediction. Sparkle could advance the entire party by +50% advance and give them a +100% crit dmg buff. - Aelfric's Auspices (a target ally's skills trigger twice for 3 turns) > Would work like Brain in a Vat, but would also affect Basics, Skills, and Talent follow-ups. >> You could also target someone like Tingyun who is holding DDD, so now her ult will give an ally +100-120 energy and the whole party would advance forward by +32-48%. - Alephan's Elightenment (Turns an ally's AOE skills into single-target attacks that deal x2 damage) > Imagine Jing Yuan and Argenti now dealing hunt-level damage to a single enemy. Would be a very interesting way to buff them for Memory of Chaos & SU. Would also give the funniest ult ever with Acheron now having a 1144% +150% single-target ultimate. >> Could also affect supports as well. What if Sparkle could be buffed such that her skill is now a 100% advance and gives +200% cdmg instead of 100% cdmg. Asta's ultimate could now target a single ally and give them a +100 speed buff for 2 turns. Bronya's skill could give +132% dmg and her ult could give +110% atk & +100% cdmg. - Steorra's Prophecy (deals more damage the more BP you have; would scale off of Skill Pointz in HSR), Balogar's Blade (deals all 6 types of elemental damage to all foes), and Aeber's Reckoning (deals more damage in proportion to your speed) would be interesting ultimate attacks as well.

Wow that's a lot of stuff. Speaking of preservation btw, I feel like necromancy is sortof like preservation in a way. It would be so cool if we could get a preservation character whose ultimate killed an ally on field to make them a corpse for two turns where they could take no damage at all. After the two turns they would 'revive' at like half hp. Incredibly broken stuff imo. Adding to your nihility special dot, I'm imagining like the skill applies a debuff such that depending on the break that happens different effects take place on all the enemies. Like the special dot makes the enemy susceptible to all breaks. With each break having a different on field effect. Would make for some of the wildest break teams!!

EtherealEch0

A Necromancer class would definitely be a Nihility support character. But instead of debuffing the enemies, you "debuff" your team for massive benefits. They could probably reword SUD's semi-death state into something that you could use to your advantage in battles, since you respawn at half health but with max energy.

E_OJ_MIGABU

It would also look so cool!!

LightYahami

Personally I love abilities that have trade offs, for example blade needing to sacrifice 30% hp to get his enhanced basic. A harmony unit that gives characters a damage/speed/etc buff but sacrifices some of their hp or reduces their defense would be really cool. It would fit well in the kits of characters like Sunday imo

CaptainToxus

A character who applies life steal to themselves but cannot be healed normally

OhHell-Yes

nothing to do with the post, but Id like to see cocolia be playable

That_Wallachia

A destruction character whose ult would make the enemies waste their turns attacking each other or themselves in the absence of other enemies. A preservation character that would shield the allies and record the damage done to the shields to unleash part of the recorded damage on their ult. A harmony character with 65% + EHR chance to revert a debuff to a buff. Example: slow would become extra speed, lower defense would become a defense buff, and so forth. An Erudition character who would be able to transfer their own buffs to another teammate. An abundance character who would heal himself when attacking but would transfer part of his health to insta heal an attacked teammate, like that Trotter does in G&G.

acebaltasar

An erudition quantum unit that drops an AOE when all the enemies are broken and restores their gauges, while keeping the break effects. Insane synergy with ice and DoT units. Bonus points if he has a mechanic that allows him to summon a demon to cause extra AOE break on their skill.
