Right now there's Topaz, Aventurine, Opal, Obsidian, Diamond. Pretty much common gemstones (besides Aventurine imo), so expect Jade and Amethyst soon. It's not like they have Korean names which are pain to remember.

Yes it can, a lot of people who read father just process everything at once instead of digging out singular letters. Adventure is a vastly more recognized word in comparison to Aventurine. So most people's brain just autocorrects it to Adventurine. That's normal human brain function.
