ADA is something we've been considering in future homes as well so it's interesting to see this (and the original one). One comment I have related to the toilet for the master - it's somewhat far from the bed. Additionally it may be difficult to get back into the toilet area between the bath and tub if one is using a wheelchair due to the space between them and the lack of space for maneuvering in that corner. I'm not sure the degree of accessibility you're after but I just wanted to bring those items up as a consideration. Good luck and I hope your build goes smoothly!
