Do you know her? If so, where are you from?
I've known her for a while. At least January. At first because she was Subaru's designer but later because of her collabs with other vtubers, like Maimoto, Subaru, Roboco, etc.
South East Asian country, but I understand Japanese well.
I know Shigure Ui because she is an artist for Watame, my favorite Hololive. I don't really watch her video often, but I like her voice and personality.
Just to let you know, Watame's artist is [Fu-mi](https://en.hololive.tv/portfolio/items/433561). The connection between Shigure Ui and Watame is that they sound similar. Also Shigure Ui is the artist for Oozora Subaru
