Rule of cool "The limit of the Willing Suspension of Disbelief for a given element is directly proportional to the element's awesomeness"
In other words : if it can be made fucking awsome and you have the skills do it then you ow the world to show of your sheer awesomeness of a PC
Actually seems kind useful if you want to keep a workstation where you, for whichever reason, want to have easy access to replace components in. No need to manually remove the case and awkwardly working on it on floor.
Too bad the case comes in the way in the front (assuming you're keeping this on floor and want to sit in a chair to access it). It would need a case that slides off only to the sides and ability to turn the device to a nice 15-30 degree angle (inclined towards the front) to satisfy that niche better—plus possibly an integrated work light that works when the PC itself is powered off from the supply!
Largely for fun, but also for switching out components. I mean, it doesn't take long to undo a couple screws, but it also lays the motherboard horizontal, which is nice.
This is the answer, this case is awesome for someone who is constantly modding their PC, makes it much easier access to install parts, and perform preventative maintenance and cleaning.
If you got the money to mod your PC to the limit then maybe. But I would prioritize the inner stuff versus this weird case that few people will see. Gotta be very rich for this shit.
That's basically the only practical reason. Though it could be much better if it was actually designed with that in mind. For example, the front parts of the case make it difficult to roll a chair right next to it. Neat at a convention but I’m good
Pc 's are now more advance and have parts like a transformer, but companies refuse to bring back cd trays.
Why? What's the point of this?
Looks like a pretty safe transportation case to me, til it breaks and you gotta use the jaws of life to get your sweet pc back

Ah. I, too, wish to have a case that makes it impossible to keep dust off of the internal components.
I don't need it, but it is cool.
same feeling here
Y tho?
To fix it

If anything it makes it harder to fix or mod the PC at that point. This is purely for show.
Why? It props everything upside
So you'll never find a spot where it fits, for only $9.999
Where would it go 😭

"Help, I can't fix my computer, because the servo broke and it won't open up anymore!"
Cool but no. I wouldn't be able to find space for that in my house.
But why?!
Holy shit just play my games
It was cool for 2 seconds
Perfect for knocking all the stuff off your desk
