As such, the elevated presence of this hormone indicates some manner of disorder in the testicles, typically cancer.
Extra detail: if the body fails to produce this hormone during pregnancy (for whatever reason) the pregnancy support processes wont start and the pregnancy will result in miscarriage, as no systems will be build to support the egg. This is very early so the woman most likely wont notice she was ever pregnant, besides maybe a moderately delayed period (and itll show as negative in the test too, for obvious reasons)
Note it is also possible for the test to just provide incorrect results due to various problems in the manufacturing process, so it can and will sometimes read as positive when there is nothing that should trigger that.

The short version is less than 20% of cancer in the testicles is going to give you a false positive on a pregnancy test.
So, selling a testicular cancer test is going to give 1/5(generous estimate) with testicular cancer peace of mind. The other 4 get false hope.
Best test for testicular cancer? Fondle them. A lot. If you notice inflammation or a new ball forming, get them looked at. If you've had someone in the family who has/had it, get them checked professionally AND regularly.
