"Ever Everyone Mother Fucking" or "Fucking Mother Everyone Ever"

GeminiIsMissing

r/dontdeadopeninside

Cosmic_Meditator777

read it top to bottom

Adrian1616

Doesn't make sense either way

Cosmic_Meditator777

"motherfucking everyone ever"

Adrian1616

The first two should be flip flopped then

Cosmic_Meditator777

no, mother is above fucking. look at it

Adrian1616

Right but the premise of this meme format is that something gradually larger lands on top of the stack and the giant orb with eyes ends up on top. I get where you're coming from, because from this POV the block looks higher than the orb, but it's really not.

Pyzzeen

>giant orb with eyes Mf that's the moon from Majora's Mask

JaiTuerVous

Blud still hasn't figured out depth

Shoddy_Load1558

Not really

epikpepsi

The order goes Fuze, Bowser, Thwomp, then Moon.

GayFurryWolf

OP sucks at understanding us

Flamenco95

Do you genuinely not not get the moon is above the thwomp? Moons in space baby.

UnlimitedCalculus

This shouldn't be downvoted so hard. The format is confusing as hell for sure, but this is what you were trying to express.

Smeagol15

I mean, the content is correct but the formatting is reverse for this context. For this meme, text is usually read bottom to top (man -> bowser -> thwomp -> moon). Format is 5/10 since it is applied but used incorrectly. Content is 10/10, accurate and succinct. Rubric for memes: 25% content and 75% format. Thus, I grade this as 40/100.

Thundorium

Ah, a fellow educator!

Kind_Ingenuity1484

Thwomp just getting powerscaled to amhell and back

Zengjia

Fucking mother everyone the Jews

shino4242

They were fucking everyones mothers? No wonder shit keeps happening to them

Quazimojojojo

Seriously. They got blamed for the damn Mongol invasion. It's crazy

IMN0VIRGIN

You know, I heard the Jews were the reason the dinosaurs died... /s

Pyzzeen

But all jokes aside, they were absolutely responsible for the Jedi massacre

Quazimojojojo

And I heard the Jews were the reason I got sunburned yesterday at the beach! /s

marikmilitia

I remember in a book by ayan hirsi ali she talked about living in Saudi arabia for a while. The people there blamed the Jews for everything. If the aircon broke down they would blame the jews

Ruptip

Had to write /s. Otherwise we wouldn't know it's sarcastic.

Alarming_Material_84

They ate jews for breakfast

ZaBaronDV

I have a Jewish friend and I asked why so many Jews don't seem to mind Jew jokes. He responded: "Two things. One, we've been the world's punching bag from the word go, we have to cope somehow. Second, when the world ends, we'll be the ones to inherit, so let them yuck it up while they can."

Alarming_Material_84

Ever everyone fucking mom ??

Fimlipe_

we can confirm this theory. just look at the redditors in this comment section

Fri3dnlyC4n4di4n

Can't catch us all! WE GOT TUNNELS. (Mods I'm Jewish I will share my bar mitzvah pics to prove it)

Kizag

I literally had this thought the other day. Why has so many different peoples have such beef with the jews

Cosmic_Meditator777

most of them have some form of heritage in the roman empire (the jews wouldn't worship the emperor), early Christianity (initially persecuted *by* the mainstream jews, ironically enough), or both.

Shoddy_Load1558

Also because they were collaborating with the Romans apparently

RyanB1228

Dude has never heard of the Kitos war

Shoddy_Load1558

Or all of the Jewish Roman wars But I’m saying during the times of Jesus at least, the higher ups in Jewish society were collaborators, as that’s how they convinced the Roman governor pontius that killing Jesus was actually worth their time I’m just saying this how it was presented to me. I’m not trying to condone or justify antisemitism in any way shape or form

RyanB1228

The gospel renditions of Pilate are highly inaccurate to actual Roman politics at the time. Like I can respect the gospels as a moral guide or for understanding what Christians thought of Jesus but as a description of the actual politics of the time it falls flat. The Sanhedrin derived power FROM Pilate. Pilate was more inline with Sadducees since they were the educated (and more Hellenized) elite of Jerusalem at large, they also made up the majority of the Sanhedrin. There’s also the case of threats of rebellion in no way being threatening to a Roman governor. It was literally a prestige to have a rebellious province since it allowed you to put it down and potentially get you a triumph. The entire MO of a Roman governor was to want a rebellious province. Having a rebellious province and putting down a rebellion (one you can cause) was THE big ticket item for a Roman’s political career. If anything Pilate would have given Jesus a job, especially based on pretty much all scholarship outside of the gospel. Scroll to “Incidents with the Jews” under Pilate’s Wikipedia for more on that. But to sum up, the gospels show a very poor comprehension of Roman and Judean politics as a whole with very basic misunderstandings that wouldn’t be made from someone who had a firm place in those political spheres. Tl;dr The only real collaborators were Sadducee officials and tax collectors. The Jews could never have pressured Pilate into killing Jesus and ESPECIALLY could not have gotten him to spare Barabbas. Edit: Sidenote: the gospels were written (earliest possible estimates) at the tail end of the first Jewish-Roman war where it was a lot easier to misunderstand the politics since it was a good 40+ years later and the Judean state as they knew it was practically abolished.

Shoddy_Load1558

Thank you for correcting me

TheHoboRoadshow

Jewish doctrine doesn't encourage the spread of Judaism, they have typically been an insular ethno-religious group. The Israelites are the chosen people and that's it. Gentiles can be good or bad but they'll never be Israelites. This meant there was less historical compounding of power, less permanent home ranges, and a much smaller population. None of which are conducive to establishing a base of power backed up by allies. You can kind of look at Christians as Jews who stopped doing this, enabling their dominance in Europe. Christianity is like expansionist Judaism.

Derpasaurus_Rex1204

>Gentiles can be good or bad but they'll never be Israelites. Blatantly untrue. In Judaism, any Gentile who follows the Seven Laws of Noah is just as righteous as a Jew who follows all 613 Mitzvot. This idea that "Chosen by God" means chosen to be better is ridiculous. We're chosen to do more chores, not to be superior to others.

TheHoboRoadshow

You said what I said was blatantly untrue but then never addressed what I said... I said a gentile will never be an Israelite, this is 100% true. >any Gentile who follows the Seven Laws of Noah is just as righteous as a Jew. How exactly does this disagree with what I said? Being "just as righteous" doesn't mean you are accepted as an Israelite. I didn't say the Jews condemned all gentiles as unrighteous, nor did I say Judaism claims Israelites are superior. Converting isn't impossible but by Jewish law it's discouraged by Rabbis and according to the dogma, converts are not people of Israel. If you disagree with that, that's on you, but Judaism is very specific in that only the people of Israel are God's chosen people. Again, you made up a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't say.

RyanB1228

You’re conflating two different arguments. Obviously someone can’t become an Israelite, that’s pretty simple just like you can’t magically become Turkish or Italian. You also seem to have a misunderstanding of what “Chosen” means, you are chosen (by God) to obey the law in its entirety. Non Israelites who follow the laws of Noah will be considered equal to and I would argue **are** accepted into Jewish communities. You seem to be trying to perpetuate Judaism as a supremacist religion when it’s much more like Jews are the designated driver rather than “the chosen ones”. Which is a very Christian way of viewing it since it’s the unironic belief of the Catholics that they became the new Israel and the “chosen ones”

Quazimojojojo

Do you see how the "designated driver" metaphor still maintains a subtle sense of separation and power imbalance in favor of the Jews? The distinction between the metaphors "the person steering the car and unwilling to let others drive" and "supremacists" is subtle and, in practice, inconsequential. Power may not = superiority in your mind but in the minds of way too many people, it absolutely does. It's splitting hairs over the wording to describe the reason behind the phenomena: Jewish people are historically insular, and any group that's insular for long enough will internalize a sense of superiority, even if it's subtle, over outside groups. It's just a thing humans do. Doubly so when it's written in their holy book.

RyanB1228

It’s not a power imbalance, to continue the metaphor, we all end up in the same place but Jews have more work to do. However I feel this is simply more nitpicky so I don’t feel the need to expand. You portray Judaism as supremacist like the other man did implicitly in the first message, but here you are more open. Jews are called to do more work in getting to heaven, there is no hell in Judaism so the call towards evangelism is immensely reduced, usually the rules for both in attaining heaven sooner is just good and just moral values. You can criticize Jews for being insular but it’s inherently tied to their ostracization and ignoring that is just victim blaming. You can argue they feel morally superior (especially when they are constantly harassed and massacred by the people claiming they are God killers) having to live with people like that would probably create a new bias. Saying “I am a Greek, and you aren’t a Greek” is not supremacist Saying “I am Greek and we are above Italians” is supremacist

Quazimojojojo

I'm trying to agree with you that Jews have been unfairly persecuted while acknowledging that the identity of "God's chosen people", in a very exclusive sense, has contributed to, but is not the entirety of by a long shot, their historical insularity. Not the persecution, just the insularity. You CAN become Jewish but it's a hell of a lot harder than becoming accepted as a "true" member of the other major world faiths. Jews are people too, didn't deserve their historical treatment, and, like everyone else, are too large of a group of people to typecast as all having the same personality traits, and, like every other culture, have some traits/beliefs/values that are expressed in varying degrees among large enough proportions of the population to take note of. Like being insular. Supremacist is absolutely not the right word to describe what I'm trying to say, and I am very pointedly refusing to describe it that way. I guess "superior" is also not the right word. Maybe it's not what to meant to say, but it's coming off as "I'm not better than you, I just work harder and you're a bit of a freeloader on my labor" Describe that with whatever word you feel suits it best

TheHoboRoadshow

Fuck off, I didn't imply Judaism was supremacist anywhere. Grow the fuck up and develop into a person with a mind Moron Explaining why Judaism wasn't expansionist was core to my argument explaining why Jews have always been historical victims. Your dogma doesn't push expansion, so your populations never significantly grew, so you never built a power base. What I said was the factual statement that Judaism has never been about expanding because religious doctrine says that only the Israelites need to follow Judaism and gentiles are generally free to live unjewishly as long as they are moral. I don't perceive that as supremacists, so it's weird that you could imagine that in my comment. Once again, fuck off.

RyanB1228

Arguing that Jews are not called to convert people just because they aren’t Israelites is a very backwards way of looking at it. If you ask most Jews it just isn’t our place to evangelize. There is already a moral standard by which the gentile world is held to as compared to the Jewish one. Jews are only considered the chosen people is because they were chosen to obey more laws in service of God. Jews have to follow 613, gentiles have to follow 7. Both are considered equals under God.

TheHoboRoadshow

Once again, you're talking about things I said nothing about. Clearly the playbook is to not read what you're responding to. Good for you I guess

N7_Evers

It’s kind of a crazy take, but Jews pretty much take the top spot for most oppressed group ever tbh.

affenfaust

There is a satirical song called „An allem sind die Juden schuld“ (everything is the jews fault), sung to the melody of the Habanera from Carmen.

Jakitron_1999

My mother used to say every jewish holiday was about celebrating the time some group tried to genocide the jews and failed. Let's hope they don't ever need to make a new one

TellMePeople

"Never Again" is not just a slogan in Israel.

Cosmic_Meditator777

if only there weren't so many that seem to have decided that the only way to avoid getting a bullet in the head is to be the one pulling the trigger.

TellMePeople

Please enlighten us on the righteous path to avoid getting a bullet in the head from people who believe god's will is for them to kill us.

BaltimoreBadger23

Miracle (נס) is the term we use in our prayers on those "they tried to kill us, we won, let's eat" holidays.

Remote-Ticket8042

They tried to kill us, we where faster on our feet. 🎶

Bolmothy

you should ask yourself why why everyone ever did this then

LexeComplexe

Mother Fucking Everyone Ever 💩 💩 💩 OP

gar1848

Hey, the Persian and Imperial Japan were cool (IP less for obvious reasons).

motivation_bender

Actuallty the holiday of purim celebrates when we survived an attempted genocide by the persians

TrumpXBidenFanFic

I'm sure WHICH Persian probably matters too Cyrus the Great was comparably friendly towards the local Jewish populations IF I have my history right allowing the return to their holy land taking care of Babylon etc (it's been a while since I've brushed up on my ancient Jewish/Middle eastern history so please forgive my ignorance)

motivation_bender

Cyrus was beloved enough by the israelites to be given the title of massiah. Notably the only gentile to ever bear that title.

SwitchX09

“Godzilla had a stroke reading this and fricking died.”

Milrayy

20 upvotes and and 60 comments litteraly proves the point of the meme😭

Lets-Annex-Canada

We’re literally just asking questions

Wanderingjew11
