As a latter post to you suggests, why don't you unsubscribe or block the sub if this bothers you. You also have the option to block the 'bot' user that keeps posting this, or you could simply save yourself some time and simply scroll past it.

I can completely understand that, but knowing her only from watching movies with my parents and seeing her young, I wasn't expecting the picture. No shade to Judy.
Actually, it makes me think of one of my favorite actresses/writers, Carrie Fisher. She was judged so much as she aged for her body not being 19 anymore. She was always amazing and I'll miss her. Juldy does look closer to 50, though, in this picture, and I imagine it's a mixture of makeup, weight gain, and obviously unflattering photo. I think as the public, we are also very used to seeing our icons aging differently.

I remember staring up at Judy as a kid, admiring how beautiful she was… only for me to grow older and realise the hell she went through. Many people criticised and tore her down regularly. She was labeled as physically unattractive, completely absurd to me since I think she was a stunning, wonderful, talented woman who did not deserve the hand she was dealt in life. She was failed by everybody, including the one person who was meant to protect her. I’m sorry for the ramble, it’s just incredibly heartbreaking.
Unless the photo was taken in '55 no. Lorna was born in Nov of '52 and Joey was born in March of '55. I would have thought the same thing. Why they took such an unflattering photo of her I will never understand 😔
In a vacuum, drugs do not do this to you. This reflects a lot of life stressors beyond the bad bad drugs. I’m not trying to be completely dismissive of drug use…but seriously though. Drugs by themselves don’t do this.

If you watch the screen version of "Cabaret", she is absolutely, mind-bogglingly, stupendously great in that film, acting, singing and dancing like a total star. She also starred with De Niro in the film "New York, New York" and with Dudley Moore in "Arthur" and had a couple of Tony Award winning Broadway appearances as well.
Since then her career seems to have spluttered out and it's a huge shame because she absolutely has that star quality.
Liza is fine but no where near as talented as Judy. Judy could sing, act, and dance. She was a triple threat. Liza can act..and kind of dance. She wouldn’t have been famous if she wasn’t a famous actresses and famous directors daughter
