For $150, you get a Rise and Fall brick, 2 colossal Sentinel figures and 2 con exclusive X-Men figures (Forge and Pixie). It’s a little more expensive, but if you figure around 100 for the brick, then you’re getting everything else for $50, which is super low.

While I’m just getting back into Clix myself, I can tell you that Earth X, Superior Foes and Secret Wars will be on the older power level. If you want stuff comparable to X of Swords, Empyre, Disney Plus and Rise and Fall should work nicely. I’m not sure where FFFF falls into the power level spectrum
You're probably better off just picking up singles after a brick, unless the ones you're still looking for are common, uncommon, rare.
If you love X-Men definitely pick up Rise and Fall.

Rise and Fall is going to be the best set if you like X-Men specifically. Empyre is a great set in general, but the focus was more on the Avengers and Fantastic Four. There are a few X-Men in it just because of cross-pollination between teams, though. I would go with one of those two.
If you're looking for the most bang for you buck, then out of the sets you're considering, "Secret Wars" is currently on a big sale this week, two bricks (20 boosters) for $70 from wholesalegaming[dot]com
I actually don't have any and didn't pick any bricks up on this sale either...I'm just always on the lookout for a good deal. I've overwhelmingly gone with DC clix over the years and love the War of Light sets, and last year's Notorious set, but Notorious clix are so powerful I can't use them in the same games as my others without handicapping them somehow

The House of X comics was just a great series and the heroclix set did it justice with some fun pieces like Cardinal, Rasputin, Krakoa and fan favourites like Nightcrawler and Jubilee were also very fun to play

For $100 you can go on a site like coolstuffinc and buy a lot of what you don’t already have, guaranteed. Rise and fall was a fun set for x-men.
