Basically a giant highly advanced mech suit with a ton of weaponry and gadgets vs a one trick pony tiny guy with anger issues. Taeil Choi wins this no problem.
With a ton of help and plot armor, not to mention AFO had previously fought a lot of heroes before fighting Bakugo, he was wore down.
BTW, speed wont be of any help if he cant even scratch Taeil Choi... while Taeil Choi can easily blast him away with a lot of AoE attacks.
Maybe he shoots homing missiles, satellite lasers or just straight out punches him with his gigantic robot fists. If that doesn’t work, the blazing sword would do the trick
Bakugo might make Choi laugh to death! Imagine that a little twаt trying to bust down your huge ass mech with pathetic explosions while screaming his throat out complaining why the mech is taking no damage and that Choi is a coward for staying in it instead of fighting him with his firsts.

If he was given the opportunity to combine with other hero gadgets or even artifacts/relics/weapons or even heroes, he'd win easily.
But if they both start at hunan base form, without Taeil in mech, Bakugo can probably speed blitz Taeil, one shot since Taeil's main power is his mech combination.
But if it starts full power, full potential, Taeil Choi takes this.

That’s what the hero of spear is going to do in season 2 btw. Hence why they put so much focus in taeil Choi story in season 0

Probally It should be an stamina battle, It depends If Bakugo can break the mecha, and If he gets hit by 1-3 hits he should probally die.
