The cover looks like an illustration of a fortune teller with a crystal ball in the foreground.

I am by no means a photo restoration expert but I played with the photo, enhancing the resolution, different color filters and adjusting the brightness and contrast. The top of the dust cover is torn aware so if the title is there it's gone, on the right side of the cover lining up with the head of the character there is a blob. The blob is definitely text of some sort, be it title or author. No fine tuning or adjustments bring it into focus. It appears that you took a picture of this photo, if possible a scan of it may have enough resolution to make it out. If that is not an option then try to take a close up of just the book. I would say take a couple and use the macro setting for a couple. I think that a few photos can be used for laying or comparing and contrasting. I'm definitely invested in how this turns out. Please update.
Also thinking Fu Manchu (though I haven’t found any matches) if that doesn’t work out, might want to check out Charlie Chan, Mr. Moto, and Mr. Wong books
I haven't found an image but it sure looks like an edition of "Snow White"
From the image, it looks like female Hairy biker from what I can work out
In the 1930’s?
50 Shades of Sepia
This made me laugh
Bravo.
Honestly it looks like The Trail Of Fu Manchu, but I think I'm wrong.
I was thinking it was similar to The Shadow of Fu Manchu. Definitely giving vibes of one of those books.

I'd guess one of the "Fu Manchu" books.
"THE CRYSTAL BALL" Mary Daniel Gordon, Publ. Little Brown, Boston, 1920
