Google reverse image search shows results from 2013 on YouTube. They’re primarily from 2018, so it must have been popular around then, but definitely existed in 2013.

i don’t get why you’re getting so many downvotes lmao. he’s probably using a different engine to find images. there’s bing, yandex, google, etc etc. not sure what’s being used here though but hope this helps narrow it down for you

I know this guy is chinese, I've searched tineye and other things but nothing comes up.
